5. FREE SAMPLE AND RETURNS
(a) Each 50ml fragrance purchase includes a complimentary 2ml sample.
(b) If the unopened 50ml fragrance is not suitable, you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy for a refund.
(c) Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control.
