We want every customer to feel completely confident in their fragrance purchase.

We understand that buying perfume online can feel like a leap of faith, which is why we’ve designed our policy to let you try your fragrance before you fully commit.

50ML TRY BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Complimentary 2ml Sample with Every Full Size Fragrance.

When you order any 50ml fragrance from Chasing Lila, you’ll also receive a matching 2ml sample. This allows you to try the scent first without opening your full-size bottle.

Here’s how it works:

1. Test the 2ml sample when your order arrives.

2. If you love it (which we know you will), keep your full-size bottle and enjoy!

3. If it’s not for you, return the unopened, unused full-size bottle for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

10ML BOTTLE POLICY

Our 10ml bottles are perfect for enjoying your chosen fragrance in a travel-friendly size. These bottles are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.

RETURNS FOR BUNDLED ITEMS

If you purchase a bundle containing a 50ml fragrance and a 10ml fragrance, please note that the 10ml fragrance is non-refundable. If you choose to return the 50ml fragrance from the bundle, your refund will be calculated as follows:

• The refund amount will be the total bundle price minus the full regular retail price of the 10ml fragrance (as sold individually).

• As the bundle price includes a 10% discount, the refund will reflect this adjusted amount.

ELIGIBILITY & RETURNS

We accept returns on:

• 50ml fragrances if unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns on:

• 10ml fragrances

• Sale items or discontinued fragrances

• Any opened or used products

IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS

• All return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

• If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned unopened. If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

• Products purchased on pre-order are still eligible for return. Your 14-day return window starts from the day your order is delivered.

• Final sale items do not include the risk-free 2ml sample.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different fragrance, you can return your unopened 50ml bottle within the return period for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for your new chosen scent.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits never expire and can be used until their full value is redeemed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your fragrance arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is the wrong scent, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days at hello@chasinglila.com.au with clear photos of the issue.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for fragrances damaged due to mishandling, heat exposure, or general wear and tear.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin the return process, please contact us first via email at hello@chasinglila.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Once approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us prior as we won't accept them for refund. 

Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging (where possible) and post back to us within 7 days of approval. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank
